Letter signed Frederick Graff, St. Louis, to Charles Graff. Gives a vivid description of conditions in St. Louis. Is very disheartened regarding standing of his profession as a doctor. Describes difficulty of finding homes, offices, etc. Letters of introduction have availed little and the people are not hospitable. “The richest people live badly.” Individuals mentioned: Wm. C.
