Correspondence. The May 16, 1906, letter is written on letterhead of Brockman Commission & Cold Storage Company, 314-316 East Markham St., Little Rock, Ark. The May 15, 1906, postmarked envelope includes letter to Brockman, dated May 7, 1906, from J.V. Tackaberry, Tackaberry and Tackaberry, Attorneys at Law, 422 and 423 Binz Building, Houston, Texas, offering to purchase Brockman’s land in Texas. The Brockman-Fetzer Papers consists primarily of personal and business correspondence between Fred W. Brockman and Laura Fetzer. The collection also includes letters from their business contacts regarding their land in Texas. Boxes 1 and 2 consist of Brockman’s letters; boxes 3-6 consist of Fetzer’s letters. Box 6 also includes additional folders: Brockman’s miscellaneous papers; Fetzer’s miscellaneous papers; a folder related to Carrie Fetzer, Laura’s sister; and a folder of unknown miscellaneous documents.
