Scope and Contents
The collection contains correspondence and records of Max Starkloff and his wife Colleen in regards to their work with Paraquad on behalf of people with disabilities, including letters exchanged between Max and Congressman Richard Gephardt, speeches of Max, press clippings, corporate records of Paraquad with organizational structure and financial information, photographs, and information regarding a trip of the Starkloffs to Japan.
